Staff and the applicant presented renderings and discussed facade materials and landscaping.
- Contract award — sanitary sewer improvement project (20 Ninth and Douglas): Council approved a low bid and contract with H & H Plumbing for $616,970 and a 90-calendar-day schedule to construct the sanitary sewer improvements.
- Municipal authority and Midwest City Hospital Authority routine actions: Trustees approved consent items and the hospital authority approved minutes; no further action was required.
Each item was approved by voice vote as presented in the meeting record. Where council discussion occurred, staff committed to returning to council with bid awards or specifications as required by procurement rules.
