The plan, filed by Paramount Limited, covers about 7.4 acres around Paramount Way and Lakestone Way and passed on a 13–0 roll call vote.
Senior Planner Anna Barge told the commission the property is zoned R‑1 and R‑2 and the proposed lots would range from about 0.67 to 1.24 acres. "The approval applies only to the plan presented at the 09/23/2025 Oldham County Planning Commission public hearing," Barge said during her presentation.
