Council approves 1.78-acre replat for Highway 69 Outlet Omega Walmart addition

Planning materials presented by staff member Sarah Winkle said the subdivision review committee approved the plat on Aug. 29 with a condition requiring the sanitary sewer easement be moved to wrap around the lots rather than running straight through them; the plat before council showed that change. Winkle recommended approval and said there were no public speakers signed up.
The council approved the replat by roll call. The record shows Councilor Dan Hall recorded a "No" vote; other council members voted in favor.
The replat approval allows the applicants to proceed with the revised lot layout; no building permits or specific tenants were identified during the hearing.
