Valley County sets polling places for Nov. 5, 2025; absentee ballot requests to be sent this week

Valley County commissioners designated polling locations for the Nov. 5, 2025 general election and heard from election staff about absentee ballot processing and early-voting plans.
County staff told the board that agreements are in place with the existing polling locations: Cascade’s voting place will be the American Legion, Donnelly voters will use the Donnelly Bible Church, and McCall voting will be at Idaho First Bank. The commissioners moved, seconded and approved the clerk’s request to designate those locations for the general election.
Kirsten Oxford, the county’s election coordinator, told commissioners absentee ballot applications are already being received and processed; she said the first batch of absentee ballots will be mailed on Thursday and that the clerk’s office will post early-voting schedules on the county’s social media and website. Oxford directed anyone with questions to the clerk’s office and said voters may request an absentee ballot online at voteidaho.gov or by completing a paper absentee-request form and mailing or dropping it off at the clerk’s office.
