Goodfellow Corporation named Lake Elsinore Business Spotlight for September

Lake Elsinore on Wednesday presented Goodfellow Corporation with its September Business Spotlight recognition, honoring the equipment manufacturer for local investment and industry education efforts.
Gina Gonzales, the city’s economic development director, introduced Goodfellow’s general manager Mel Sotelo and described the recognition program as “our program's way of saying thank you to investing in our community.” The free recognition package includes a marketing video, a certificate and promotional placement on the city’s newsletter and social media.
Gonzales said Goodfellow has operated in Lake Elsinore since 02/2022, provides rapid field service, and maintains a 5-star Google rating. Sotelo told the council the company has six locations across the West and works with manufacturers such as Astec and CDE while hosting industry training events such as an in-house “crusher school.”
Gonzales presented a certificate that recognizes Goodfellow Corporation “as the business in action spotlight for the month of September 2025” and invited company staff to join councilmembers for a photo.
The presentation was ceremonial and did not require council action.
