The Carson City Planning Commission on Sept. 23 approved a special use permit allowing Enterprise Leasing Company West LLC to operate a commercial truck-rental location at a tenant space in the Silver Oak planned unit development at 3246 North Carson Street.
Planning staff planner Heather Manzo described the proposal: the tenant space is roughly 1,500 square feet on the southeast corner of the southernmost shopping-center building.
