The firm indicated it could complete the engagement in 90 days, though staff acknowledged that fieldwork might reveal a need for additional services and potential renegotiation.
Agency leadership also said they had met with two EPIC governing‑board members, including the chair, and that the governing board welcomed the engagement and had signaled it expected full cooperation from school leadership.
