Councilor Snyder, sponsor of the ordinance, said the project will add roughly 200 apartments, largely age‑restricted for residents 55 and older, and allow the city to build a veterans park with community input. “This project is uniquely special. It adds, I believe, about 200 apartments,” Councilor Snyder said.
