City staff presented the lone mobile-stage bid as coming from Stage Line Mobile Stage Incorporated with a total of $230,340. The staff breakdown submitted to the board listed standard equipment at $160,000; options and accessories at $58,300; and services at $12,040. The board moved to "take under advisement the single bid for the mobile stage, as presented and requested by city attorney Podleski and Miss Lovell." The motion passed by voice vote.
