Lake Oswego planning commission approves draft findings on Fair Housing Policy

On Sept. 22, 2025, the Lake Oswego City Planning Commission voted to approve draft findings, conclusions and an order (file number LU25-0001) related to the city’s Fair Housing Policy and Education and to forward that recommendation to the City Council.

The vote followed a brief review of the draft that staff had prepared after the commission’s preliminary recommendation at its Sept. 8 meeting. Commissioners voted to approve the draft as presented; those voting yes during roll call included Chair Mitchell and Commissioners Moreno, Kinney, Sly, Bowie and Bruce.
