Adam Dehart, the project manager on the design team, told the board he and the design team were willing to work with staff to resolve the remaining items and asked for conditional approval. The board approved the Ray Skillman Kia/Hyundai project subject to final sign-off by the surveyor's office and Christopher Burke Engineering.
The board recorded the approval on a voice vote and directed staff to complete final reviews and document any outstanding items before issuing a final acceptance.
