Board member Mr. Lowman moved to adopt the resolution accepting the donations; Ms. Kiefer seconded. The board voted by resolution ballot (voice/roll call as required) and the motion carried on a unanimous vote of those present.
Board members and staff thanked the donors; the board agreed the funds would be applied as designated. The board asked staff to include the donations in the district's financial records and to track any installation or equipment procurement tied to the scoreboard-table gift.
