Community Preservation Committee opens applications for spring 2026 funding

Michelle McEachern, chair of the Community Preservation Committee, emailed the Master Plan Implementation Committee on Sept. 4 with instructions for submitting project applications for CPC funding.
“Projects approved by the CPC will be eligible for funding at the spring 2026 town meeting,” McEachern wrote. The committee was directed to submit completed applications to cpc@lakevillema.org or deliver them to the CPC inbox at Town Hall, and to review the Community Preservation Plan to confirm project eligibility.
McEachern’s email said projects approved by the CPC will be eligible for funding at the spring 2026 town meeting and provided the CPC’s contact email for questions. Committee members had no substantive questions about the notice during the Sept. 22 meeting.
