Commissioners approve claims and payroll; Sandoval claim set for joint review before final approval

That motion also passed 3-0.
Finally, the board voted to approve payroll and adjourn the meeting; the payroll motion was moved by Commissioner Mike Keith, seconded by Commissioner T.C. Cook and passed 3-0.
