RIO DELL, Calif. — The Rio Dell City Council on Sept. 16 approved a budget adjustment to buy four movable speed-display signs and adopted an ordinance updating the city's accessory dwelling unit (ADU) regulations to conform with recent state law changes.
The council voted 4-0 to authorize a $20,393.26 purchase from All Traffic Solutions Inc. for four Shield 12 speed-display signs intended to be deployed at recurring speeding hot spots, staff said. The council then unanimously adopted Ordinance No. 418-2025 to revise the city's ADU rules to incorporate provisions of SB 1211.
