A county drainage representative said the contractor “completed their second application, and we should see results in 1 to 2 weeks,” adding that the one-week mark would fall later in the week.
Board members discussed assigning a watchman to check the area and noted the contractor indicated it might need to perform a few spot applications. One trustee suggested waiting three to four weeks but asked staff to have a watchman inspect and report back because “it was really bad” two weeks earlier.
No formal action was taken beyond the update. The board did not record any changes to the district’s treatment plan; staff said they would follow up with the contractor and report results at a later date.
