The vote was recorded as unanimous in favor: Priscilla Davis Peneer, Bruce Guyton, Krishnamo Miller Anderson, Glenn Spiritus and Chair Shirley Lanier.
The board also approved Resolution 28‑25UD to rent emergency standby generators from United Rentals North America Inc., authorizing payments from account 41131103‑546000 for repairs and maintenance, in an amount not to exceed $170,000. The motion passed unanimously with the same recorded affirmative votes.
Separately, Resolution 25‑25UD was postponed and scheduled to be heard at the utility district meeting on Sept. 17, the clerk announced.
These items were presented by utility district staff; motions, seconds and the unanimous roll calls were recorded by the district clerk. The board did not receive public comment cards for these items, and staff indicated the Kenmore contract will fill permit‑review gaps caused by current vacancies on the district engineering team.
