"For discussion this evening is an update of the work plan that you all have been working from," said Cynthia Schultz, staff member, introducing the item and a tentative timeline for events and outreach.
The committee is considering a concentrated week of themed daily content in May that would culminate in a Saturday event, Schultz said: daily social-media or Discover Digest posts, short videos or photo montages, a panel discussion, and an unveiling of a self-guided walking tour with 10–15 resources. "Their suggestion was the week of the eleventh. Pick a single topic of focus for each day of that week," Schultz said.
