Council members said Justin and Tom would join conference calls to collect firm pricing and determine multi-year cost scenarios; staff said they were exploring 5- to 10-year purchase and support options.
Speakers said the chosen platform would allow residents or staff to submit requests (e.g., broken sprinklers, potholes or equipment failures) and then track those requests from assignment to completion. They discussed mobile access for on-call water staff, documentation of isolation valves and operational procedures, and inventory tracking for small-engine parts and auto repairs. Staff said they will schedule additional demos with data more representative of Price operations before returning a recommendation to council.
No formal procurement decision was made at the workshop.
