The Franklin County Commission on Sept. 17 approved fiscal year 2025 year-end outcome reports for adult and juvenile community supervision, receiving a summary of program goals, performance measures and planned changes for the coming year.
Dustin (last name not specified), who presented both reports, said the adult services program met or exceeded its goals for staff training, cognitive-behavioral programming and use of positive incentives. He told commissioners the adult program issued 3,716 incentives and 720 sanctions during the year, a ratio of 5.16 incentives for every sanction (the year's goal was 4:1). "We not only met that, but we exceeded it," Dustin said.
Dustin gave case-level counts: 144 unique adult clients terminated from supervision in FY2025 across 174 cases; 129 of those cases were classified as successful, yielding a 74.1% success rate. He said…
