Utilities engineering supervisor Adam Marquez said the Allen project will add an 8,400‑square‑foot, two‑story office building intended to consolidate about 25 engineering, business‑solutions, billing and environmental‑compliance staff who currently work in temporary trailers and at the Civic Center.
