Ordinances referenced on the record included: - ORD-32-25 (CAR 25-10), an annexation and zone-change ordinance for roughly 11.96 acres adjacent to Boise City (annexation and R-1C residential traditional zoning); and - ORD-30-25 (DOA 23-10), an amendment to the Harris Ranch specific plan to modify certain blocks and street sections; and - ORD-31-25, an ordinance describing boundary changes related to the Ustick Ditch lateral and removing certain properties from the Boise Municipal Irrigation System.
The meeting concluded after the council approved the remaining consent items and adjourned; no contested votes or public comments on the ordinances were recorded during the meeting.
