The Fair City Council on Sept. 10 approved a Planning Commission recommendation to permit a 12-by-24 accessory lean-to at a private residence owned by Mike Roper.
Staff told the council the structure is a premanufactured lean-to that meets applicable setbacks and zoning requirements; no variances were identified in the record. Council member Peterson moved to approve the Planning Commission’s recommendation; Council member Stalker seconded and the motion carried by voice vote.
City staff will issue a building permit if the applicant’s paperwork is complete and all standard permit conditions are met.
