The approved plan allows 11 new buildings on a roughly 20‑acre vacant site in the Rancho San Clemente specific plan area, split into an upper campus of seven buildings and a lower campus of four buildings around a central open space and an amenity hub for tenants. The project includes a private internal road, landscaping intended to blend development into the hillside, a master sign program and a condominium subdivision design that will allow individual ownership of suites.
