The council unanimously approved the city’s consent calendar (14 items), adopted a resolution updating user and regulatory fees after a public hearing, introduced by title only an ordinance to add park regulations to the municipal code, approved a first‑reading ordinance to rezone 2508 Spring Street, approved a five‑year road repair plan funded by the voter‑approved Measure I‑24 sales tax, approved final decorative elements for the Niblick Road bicycle/pedestrian project, and authorized an operating memorandum allowing Trumark Homes the option to build all‑electric homes in several planning areas of the Olsen / South Chandler project. Several of those items were discussed earlier in the meeting before votes were taken.
