Perris planning commission approves Nance Street trailer storage and maintenance yards with conditions

The Perris Planning Commission voted 4–0 on Sept. 17 to approve a tentative parcel map and three development plan reviews for the Nance Street Trailer Storage and Maintenance Yards, a project by Lake Creek Industrial that would create three adjacent trailer-storage and maintenance sites totaling 9.72 acres in the Perris Valley Commerce Center specific plan area.
The commission approved Resolution 25-15, adopting Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) No. 2405, the mitigation monitoring and reporting program, tentative parcel map 25-00007 and development plan reviews (2200022, 23-00009, 23-00010) based on the findings in the staff report and subject to conditions of approval.
