Board approves consent agenda with exception; renews McKinney‑Vento hotel‑voucher agreement and updates extra‑duty pay items

At its September meeting the Cartwright Elementary District Governing Board approved the consent agenda with one exception: the board removed item 19 for discussion in executive session. Vice President Cantu asked whether the form was new; staff responded that the language had been reviewed and updated by district counsel.

Cantu asked that item 19 be tabled for executive session; the board moved to approve the consent agenda with the exception of item 19. Governing Board President Lydia Hernandez made the motion to approve the consent agenda as presented with item 19 removed; Cantu seconded the motion.
