The motion to accept the resignations was moved by Bendigo and seconded by Clafell and passed 9-0.
The board also moved to rescind a confidential settlement and release agreement (reference number 0002501738). The motion to rescind was moved by Lash, seconded by Kefal and passed 9-0.
For the field house project, the board approved a proposal from Terra Works Consulting in the amount of $17,675 for geotechnical consulting services. The motion was seconded by Bendigo and was recorded as passing 9-0. Committee staff said the work was time-sensitive and moving it to a vote avoided delaying the project two weeks.
