District schedules Syntegix safety installation; visitor management and staff training planned for fall

The district set a conservative go-live target of Jan. 5 (post–winter break) but said the system could come online sooner if testing and training permit.
Why it matters: The system will integrate visitor checks with student information and expand badge functionality across campus, including athletic fields and other outdoor spaces. Board members requested a demonstration and were told a walk-through or demonstration can be scheduled after the system is active in district facilities.
