Bluff council praises volunteers after 9/13 fundraiser raised about $3,800 for EMS

Council members and staff reported on the Bluff 9-1-1 pancake breakfast and silent auction held Sept. 13, saying the event raised over $3,800 for local EMS operations.
Erin Nelson praised volunteers including volunteer firefighters, Bluff EMTs, council members and community donors. Staff thanked Sysco Foods, Canyon Smokehouse, Cow Canyon Coffee and community cooks for in-kind food donations and help with cooking and cleanup. Council members said the town benefited from favorable weather, and staff noted logistics and layout improvements for future silent auctions and events.
The council said staff will send a donor-and-volunteer recap email highlighting contributions and the net funds raised. No additional council action was requested.
