Leader noted engineering work halted when the prior firm transitioned to town engineer and that missing CAD files had delayed progress. An engineer representing the applicant reported the CAD files were found and staff said transfer work was underway. After brief board discussion, a motion to grant a six‑month extension carried with board members present voting in favor.
