The board’s staff member, Sean, told the board that the last allowable extension for the Solar LLC application was due to expire on Sunday, Sept. 7, and that the applicant had submitted a revised plan “for the chairman’s signature” the day of the meeting. Sean said he hoped “everything will be sorted out tomorrow.”
Chair (unnamed) asked whether an extension remained; staff replied, “No. There's no extension.” The board took no formal action on the item at the meeting.
