Bosch said East Main Street work is finished though a few electrical items remain. Middle School phases 2 and 3 are complete and site work at the 209 campus remains under scrutiny; Bosch said the district is withholding a portion of payment from the site contractor and conducting soil compaction testing to document deficiencies before releasing funds or pursuing the contractor’s bond.
