Appraisal contract amendment: Committee members authorized a contract amendment (Amendment 3 to the Vertex contract) to cover appraisal work by Appraisal Company of New England for two properties involved in a land swap. The total amendment amount with a 10% Vertex markup is $6,875. The committee made and seconded a motion to authorize the amendment; the motion passed by roll call. Staff said the appraisal timeline is expected to produce results by mid-September.
