An authority member moved to approve the minutes from the Sept. 2 meeting; another member seconded, and members approved the motion by voice vote. Later the authority amended that approval to include the Sept. 5 minutes (with a correction to note the Sept. 5 meeting had occurred on Thursday), and members approved that correction by voice vote.
The authority also acknowledged receipt of the cash summary and accounts receivable report dated Sept. 12. A motion to acknowledge the reports carried by voice vote.
Separately, members moved to acknowledge the disbursement summary covering Sept. 2–Sept. 15 in the amount of $24,701.72 so payments could be processed; that motion passed by voice vote.
The meeting record does not include roll-call vote counts for these items; all approvals were recorded via vocal "ayes."
