The Town of Norwood Community Preservation Commission on Wednesday reviewed four CPA pre‑applications and assigned liaisons to work with applicants as they prepare full proposals.
Kristen (CPC staff) presented four pre‑applications the commission received early: a fourth and final request to preserve original annual town reports; a proposal to restore the historic cannon on the Town Hall grounds; a scope to inventory documents and artifacts at Town Hall, the library and the Morse House; and a study of the Shattuck Park stone wall. The commission also heard a brief status update that more than $90,000 will be returned to CPA accounts from a completed airport project once a closeout form is signed by staff.
