A commission member confirmed they had inspected the site and reported no concerns. A motion to issue the certificate of compliance was made, seconded and approved by recorded “Aye” votes on the three commissioners present.
The commission’s action records the certificate issuance against DEP file 14‑1424; the transcript shows no additional permit conditions attached to the vote.
