Wang described the filing as an internal reorganization and said the company seeks to reinstate Sinyu Lau as manager of record at the location; he said Lau previously held the manager position for about a decade and the change corrects who will be at the location.
Wang said the amendments also remove a previously listed individual from ownership, officer and director roles so that she will not be a stockholder, officer or director. He described the request as an administrative update to reflect who will actually operate the restaurant at this site.
