The Quincy Planning Board on Sept. 17 voted to continue a public hearing on a certificate of consistency application for 1630 Hancock Street to the board’s Oct. 15 meeting.
Attorney Mahoney submitted a written request on behalf of 1630 Hancock LLC asking the board to continue the matter to allow additional time to work with the planning department and address peer-review comments. The board took the continuance without further substantive discussion.
The continuance was moved and seconded and approved by voice vote. No vote tally or individual board votes were recorded on the transcript.
Because the continuation was requested by the applicant, no new materials were presented during the Sept. 17 meeting. The board’s next regular meeting agenda will list the item for Oct. 15, at which applicants and reviewers are expected to provide updated peer-review responses and any revised plans or materials.
