The county planning department reported the parcel is roughly six acres and that the proposed storage building would be 25 feet from the front property line, 25 feet short of the R-2 zone’s 50-foot front setback. The department’s staff presentation said the proposed side setback (137.2 feet) and rear setback (about 615.9 feet) meet zoning requirements.
