- Cameron Property Group LLC (BOC-2504-0496): The board approved a conditional-use permit for a 27,750-square-foot trailer services and storage building at 6795 Green Industrial Way in Morrow (light-industrial district). The applicant told commissioners most vehicles to be stored would be box trucks and service vans, with about 25% or less larger tractor-trailers; the lowest portion of the site sits 30 feet below Mount Zion Road. The planning and zoning staff had recommended approval. Commissioner Davis moved the approval; the motion passed on a voice vote.
- Antolechi Lab LLC (BOC-2412-0469): A proposed mixed-use development at 3067 Anvil Block Road (Ellenwood PUD-MU) that would have included a physical therapy clinic, restaurant, retail and multifamily housing was denied. Planning staff and the Zoning Advisory Group recommended denial because of concerns about compatibility with adjacent single-family homes and consistency with the comprehensive plan. Commissioner Allen moved to deny the request; the motion passed.
