Vice Chair Wilson moved to approve CUP 25‑024 subject to the conditions in the staff report; Commissioner Williams seconded. The motion passed unanimously. Staff noted the applicant must comply with ADU size limits tied to the primary residence and obtain any required building permits before occupancy.
