Saline County court adopts hazard-mitigation plan, approves library appointment and budget amendment

Clerk read a resolution adopting the Saline County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan. Justice Billingsley moved to approve and Justice Ingle seconded. There was no public comment and the court approved the resolution by voice vote.
The court then considered an appointment to the Saline County Public Library Board. A motion to approve was made by Justice Kellerman and seconded by Justice Bisbee. Court members voiced approval and the appointment passed; the record does not specify the appointee's name read aloud during the clerk's announcement. The court acknowledged a person identified in the meeting as "Mr. James Hunt" in attendance and thanked liaisons Justice Kellerman and Justice Bisbee for serving as library board liaisons.
