Planning staff provided several updates to the Kodiak Island Borough Planning and Zoning Commission on Sept. 17, including a Plan 2045 open house, the hydrology and hydraulics study, hazard mitigation plan adoption status and the start of a planning and environmental linkages (PEL) study for bridge replacements.
