Gates County adopts resolution to remain eligible for opioid settlement disbursements

A motion to approve the resolution was seconded and carried unanimously.
The action does not create a new program or obligate immediate spending; it allows Gates County to remain part of coordinated state-local settlement agreements and eligible for any funds distributed through the state’s supplemental collection agreements.
