County staff asked for a clean copy of the draft master services agreement and a clearer monthly dollar amount for the on‑call hours. Commissioners asked that the item be added to old business in roughly two weeks so members can review the contract, confirm the monthly rate and finalize the agreement.
No formal contract award or vote occurred on Sept. 16. Staff said they would provide a clean copy of the agreement and the draft task order, add the item to old business and return to the board for formal consideration.
