Planning commission recommends sewer extension and approves Bubba's Bodega site plan contingent on permits and council approval

The planning commission voted to recommend that city council approve a sewer mainline extension to serve a proposed Bubba's Bodega development and approved the project's site plan with contingencies including required TDOT driveway permits, stormwater permitting and final city council approval of the sewer mainline extension.

City planner described the development as a corner market ("bodega") without gas pumps, two additional retail structures along Genesis Road and 14 proposed townhome units behind the retail.
