The Metropolitan Development Commission on Sept. 17 took several procedural actions by roll call, including approving the Sept. 3 minutes, adopting four policy resolutions not scheduled for public hearing and recording petitions of no appeal.
The commission approved the Sept. 3 meeting minutes; the meeting record states the minutes passed 6 to 0 with two recusals noted.
Staff read four policy resolutions (2025 R-035, 2025 A-034, 2025 A-035 and 2025 E-026) that were not scheduled for public hearing. Commissioners moved and seconded approval and the record shows those four policy resolutions passed by roll call, 8 to 0.
