Hearing examiner clears multiple zoning petitions for expedited review, grants continuances on several cases

Notable scheduling actions included a continuance to Nov. 13 for 2025 ZON 089 (5301 West 50th Street), an October 23 continuance with new notice for companion petitions 2025 CPL and CVR 825 (7140 and 7142 East Washington Street), and a Sept. 25 continuance without notice for companion petitions CZN and CAP 836 (4035 Meadows Parkway and 4195 Millersville Road). 2025 ZON 090 at 3309 South Arlington Avenue was acknowledged as an automatic continuance to Oct. 9 after a registered neighborhood organization filed timely request.
