The Metropolitan Development Commission on Sept. 17 voted unanimously to continue agenda item 2025 A-036 to the Oct. 1 meeting after Department of Metropolitan Development staff said the project had recently changed its legal entity.
Leticia Ramsey, compliance manager for DMD, told commissioners that on Sept. 16 staff received an email indicating the company associated with the item has a new entity, identified in the transcript as 2022 Monai Multifamily Partners, and that staff needed additional time to review materials related to that change. Ramsey requested a two-week continuance of the resolution for public hearing scheduled under item 2025 A-036.
President Dillon asked for a motion and the commission voted by roll call; the meeting record shows the continuance to Oct. 1 passed 8 to 0. The transcript records no public comment on the continuance request.
